About Big Red Towing in Syracuse, NY

We here at Big Red Towing pick up where others leave off. That means we'll pick up those giant trucks or vehicles that the other tow companies can't. We're a Heavy Duty towing and transport company with a high score of break down services. We do what we say we will do and at a fair price. We recently moved into a brand new maintenance facility and storage compound. We continue to add trucks to our fleet, in fact, we've added a new truck every year we've been in business. Our fleet has grown from 1 truck to 15 trucks in 13 years. We operate in Syracuse, NY and 100 miles within Syracuse.

New York Move Over Law

Since Jan. 1, 2012, New York's “move over” law, which already covered police and ambulances, now requires drivers to move over when approaching tow trucks and other vehicles working on the side of the road. The law protects law enforcement officers, emergency workers, tow and service vehicle operators and other maintenance workers who are stopped on the side of the road performing their duties. Drivers who violate this law are susceptible to a moving violation.
